    Drink more water: The activity is more like walking, trekking, and more exposure to pollutants or may be its long walks than the usual one. Keeping yourself hydrated is always is cool option. Best part is carry your bottle along. Wether is snowy mountains or you are on desert safari, dehydration will surely cause muscle cramps.  Be a teetotaler: When on a vacation, stick to the rules of no alcohol. The alcohol takes away the fun. Caffeine in controlled amount can give a punch of energy. But alcohol will cause fatigue and irritation.  If unavoidable opt for wise choices like wine, vodka, rum since these drinks contains lesser alcohol by volume and have some better  health properties. Walk by your food table and assess your choices first, then grab a plate: We always have tendency to add food into out plate at first glance even its against our choice. After that we eat it! Its better first have look what’s in the house. Pick which is like the best that too in small plates. This will surely cut down your calories. Dive in the hotel pool and swim: Why to miss a chance with swimming. Mostly all the hotels have good swimming pool. Get into it! It’s the best exercise and hydrates your skin. A 30 min of swimming can shed your unwanted fat like anything. Avoid processed/sweet foods: Keep fruits and fresh fruit juices handy. Packed food and junk foods like canned food, preprocessed food is always a big no. Even say no sweet products. Sweet products usually have high calories which are difficult to burn since your body is already under stress. Go for freshly cooked food or fruits! How about boiled chicken? Next time keep a check! Rent a cycle, that’s more fun sometimes:  Hop on hop off bus can be fun. But cycling along the beach is even better. Cycle can reach into smaller areas where cabs cannot. Cycle helps you with a good session of workout as well. Cut down the calories and expenses with a cycle! Do not depend on airplane meals:  Airplane meals are usually cooked in bulk and pre-packed long time advance. Mostly it contains processed food as well. Avoid the same while on shorter flights. Carry light snacks with you. Airplane meals are not the best meals you are thinking of.  Live in the moment and enjoy to the fullest: Run, laugh, photograph, dance, do yoga! Don’t be into stress. Lying on the bed and spending a good time in the hotel with family can be a equal holiday! Sleep and relax to the fullest and let endorphins come. A low level of stress can make your body work better! Try is once!

Whey is basically Whey is the liquid left behind when milk is turned to cheese. The protein in whey is one of the two main proteins in milk, the other is a protein called casein. Is it safe? Many gym instructors suggest having one. But most health organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, recommend getting your protein from food.
