    Tiffin box ideas for your Kids

    Nowadays several schools ask children to bring two tiffin boxes, one of which must contain sliced fruits and other home-made food. Children get choosy. More than anything else, they want to know what goes in their tiffin next morning, which sets the children%u2019s mood for the day. Children are not bothered about what is healthy and what is not. As parents, we have to present them with healthy food in an innovative way.  Here are some options which is healthy and definitely kids will love it. Rajmah Tikki Kidney beans(rajmah) is a good source of protein and rich in vitamins and minerals like folate, iron, copper, manganese, phosphorous, potassium. Take boiled rajmah and boiled potato, smash it, add chopped onions, chat masala, salt, cummin powder, coriander leaves and make small tikkis, shallow fry in oil. Place the tikki between 2 slices of brown bread along with some lettuce, tomato slices and some sliced onions. Multigrain Dosa: Soak mixed lentils (urad dal, chana dal, tur dal, moong dal) and rice in water for 8 hours, you can also add some fenugreek seeds. Grind it in a mixer and leave for fermentation. Make crispy and yummy dosas. Veggie Idli: Add chopped veggies to idli batter and prepare mouth watering idlis.
