Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is an effective natural bacteria-fighting agent that contains many vital minerals and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, chlorine, sodium, sulphur, copper, iron, silicon and fluorine that are vital for a healthy body.  The main substance in vinegar, acetic acid, can kill bacteria and/or prevent them from multiplying and reaching harmful levels. Apple cider vinegar is of 2 types natural & synthetic. Synthetic ACV is cheaper & natural ACV is expensive. Nutritional Composition:- The main component of ACV is acetic acid which is also known as ethanoic acid which is a colourless liquid that has a pungent smell and sour taste. It also consists of the following nutrients- Potassium- helps to prevent brittle teeth, hair loss and runny noses. Pectin - helps to regulate blood pressure and reduce bad cholesterol. Malic Acid- gives ACV the properties of being anti-viral, anti-bacterial & antifungal. Calcium - helps create strong bones and teeth.
