    Acidity occurs when there is excess secretion of acids in the gastric glands of the stomach. When the secretion is more than normal, we feel what is commonly known as heartburn. Include 10-12 almonds a day as a snack . You can have them soaked in summers, but have it with peel only as peel has fiber. Healthy Oils Include healthy oils like canola, rice bran, olive or mustard as it helps in keeping cholesterol under check and also satisfy cravings Include Fruits especially Berries Citrus fruits like orange, lemon, kiwi, grapefruit etc are excellent fat burners that boosts metabolism and the acid present in it burns fat faster compared to other fruits.  Berries stuff a lot of filling fiber into a tiny package. Just one cup of raspberries has six grams. Eggs An egg is a protein rich food that is low in calories and fat. Having one boiled egg daily will help burn belly fat. Other than being a rich source of proteins, minerals and anti-oxidants, eggs also contain an amino acid called leucine. This acts as a catalyst in burning extra fats. Eggs also contain vitamin B12, which your body needs to metabolize fat. So , u can enjoy eggs as poached, scrambled, omlette etc, but in all of these include only one whole egg and other egg whites. Whole Pulses & Beans A half-cup of beans gives you 6 grams of satisfying fiber: 2 grams of blood sugar-lowering soluble fiber and 4 grams of colon-cleansing insoluble fiber. But that?%u20AC%u2122s just the beginning. Beans are a starchy food, but the type of starch they contain digests very slowly. Chicken & Fish Do you know that our body burns more calories in digesting proteins as compared to carbs and fats. That?%u20AC%u2122s why high protein diets work in decreasing weight as well as belly fat reduction.Include lean cuts of chicken if you eat non vegetarian food. Choose whole grains Avoid refined cereals like maida, rice and suji and prefer whole grains or fibrous cereals like oats, dalia, branflakes or muesli as morning cereal , brown rice. Following tips might help in preventing hair fall and hair thinning: 1) Rub castor oil on scalp. 2) Drink aloe vera juice daily. This might help prevent thinning of hair. 3) One of the major cause of hair fall is iron deficiency.     Apples are low calorie fruits with high fiber  content and vitamin C. Apples also have polyphenols an antioxidant. These polyphenols are found in both the skin of the apples as well as in the pulp, so to get the greatest amount of benefits one should eat the skin of the apple along with the pulp. An apple a day surely keeps the doctor away due to the following reasons : 1) Cleanses the  bowel -  Apples contain insoluble fiber, which provides bulk in the intestinal tract. The bulk holds water that cleanses and moves food quickly through the digestive system. 2)Improves cardiovascular health - Regular intake of apples has been shown to have cardiovascular benefits.This is due to two reasons : fiber that they contain and the polyphenols that are found in high amounts.  3) Cholesterol lowering  - In addition to digestion-aiding insoluble fiber, apples have soluble fiber, such as pectin.
